Help! Anyone using Yarndial with Merlin?

I have been using Yarn/Souper with Yarndial, but have recently installed the Merlin beta. Now Yarndial can't detect the
PPP connection and just sits there waiting for a connection.

Any ideas? Or any other scripts I can use to do similar things?
