Excuse me, but I'm not bashing Chin. In this instance, however, I think
some criticism is warranted. I agree that we should try hard to keep it
constructive.

Heck, *I* get almost 100 e-mails a day sometimes, and management is easy.
It's possible he gets more, or is a slow reader, I don't know. But I'm
not sure that excuses a refusal to response to (apparently) all messages.
When I get home I'll look to see if I have a smail mail address for him,
and if I do I *will* send him a paper letter.
