Ah, someone emailed me (apparently having gone to all the trouble
to actually dredge up my real email address! amazing...) and informed
that the network libraries are built into netBSD, so i should not
use the -lnsl -lsocket at all!

And guess what. He was right. Doh! Compile fine without them... no
problems. Always the simplest thing i over look and don't try!

Of course the rather utter chaos of the uqwk2 Makefile doesn't
help clarify much either -- especially for the easily confused,
such as myself. (-:
