And, it also has the potential of removing all locally sent mail as
well. By convention, SMTP and UUCP do not require you to specify hosts
and domains to send mail. So, if I simply send mail to "postmaster", it
will go to whoever my local postmaster is designated as. Some machines
are setup to automatically add "@host.domain" to the end of any local
aliases or users. However, your local postmaster should know for sure.
I think a safer method would be to look for your userid in the To: line.
You may get more spam, but probably not much more. A lot of spam I see
simply has the name of whatever their list is in the To: line, and not
my real userid.
