One other question, in Yarn some of the commands don't work when I'm
reading the articles, such as the C for catch up and mark all
articles read. Anyone else noticed this problem?

I assume you mean Souper when you say "Soup". Which versions of Yarn
and Souper are you using?
When the import fails, does it give an error message? If so, what
does it say?
I don't know about NT-3.51, but NT-4.0 import filtering using the 32-bit,
windows-95 version of import.exe doesn't work using Win-NT 4.0. It won't
give an error message, it just throws _everything_ out. Use the
16-bit dos version of import.exe instead.
Let me know if you have any questions,
