New Yarn export utility

Just to let you know, I have written a DOS utility, apparently similar
in function to Yarn To Soup with grep (except there's no regular
expression searching). It works on the latest version of Yarn that I
could find (.92).

It does simple string searches, and exports to either a rnews file
(default) or to a folder. I use it to extract individual newsgroups
from a fully imported NEWS.DAT file.

I have uploaded it to http://www.aracnet.net/~jonathan/yexport.htm for
your viewing pleasure.

(Addendum to docs: you must enclose the search string in quotes due to
an oversight on my part. I may fix that up someday soon, and maybe not
so soon.)
