Yes, I've tried it, and it works! My new line is now:

c:\yarn\home\souper95.exe -s smtp.xs4all.nl hneel password

I didn't need the "-m" and "-n" switches. Even without them it doesn't
retrieve the mail and news, when the "-s" switch is included.

By the way, this is without the "MAILER=" variable set.
