Old bug is back with Yarn 0.92 expire

It seems that an old bug in 0.92. Namely, 8-bit characters on the
From: (and only that) line cause expire -o to delete those articles
regardless of whether it's time to expire them or no. Reading those
articles pops up a red error box saying "<message-id> not found".

>From my old sent mails, it seems I previously complained about this
with 0.89 and 0.90 and it was fixed in 0.91, but now it's back again.
