ADD a score file entry of the form killsize nnnn
Sometimes people thoughtlessly post binaries or pictures to a
discussion group. Also, I've seen people accidentally misuse their
word processor / text editor, and post an article containing tens
of thousands of bytes of padding.
With a 'killsize' entry, people using souper to fetch news over a
relatively slow connection would be able to specify: if the size
of an article is more than nnnn (lines?), do NOT fetch that article
from the news server.
This would save connect time, and save disk storage space on the
system running souper.
